CNN.com censors comments on Obama aunt’s death

2014-04-09T07:49:22+00:00

Not to drive any traffic to CNN.com, which is dying a well-deserved death, but I thought it was interesting that they posted a story about the death of Dear Leader’s aunt, Zeituni Onyango, who was an illegal alien living on welfare in Boston, Massachusetts. She had entered the United States illegally in 2000, was denied refugee status in 2004, defied the deportation order and continued to live on welfare in the US until her lawyer got her a green card in 2010. Dear Leader claimed he did not interfere with her case or order her green card to be issued.

Oddly, there are no comments on the CNN.com story as of this morning. Either no one reads CNN.com anymore (that would be a good thing, but alas, CNN is not dead yet), or CNN is censoring comments on that story.

Would I be surprised that CNN is censoring? Absolutely not.

UPDATE: A day later, there are a few hundred comments on the story, so comments were apparently delayed for some hours. Most of them seem to be anti-Obama, which is unsurprising.
