Liberal think tank study identifies Senate Democrats as cause of Congressional gridlock

Ha, a study by the liberal think tank The Brookings Institution, analyzed the Congressional gridlock that’s existed since 2008, and (surprise) identified US Senate Democrats (and specifically Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-NV) as the cause of the gridlock. The Republican-controlled US House of Representatives is productive and functional, but alas, not the Democrat-controlled Senate.

But you already knew that, didn’t you?
